At Slay Stories, we believe your hair deserves to slay every day
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.
You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery for eligible items by emailing us at info@slaystories.com.
Returns
1) Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, hair accessories must be:
• Unused and unworn
• Free from hair, perfume, or styling products
• In original packaging and condition.
2) Initiating a Return: To request a return, email us within 48 hours of delivery with
• Order number
• Reason for return
3) Return Shipping
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
• If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost
4) Refunds
• Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
5) COD Orders
• COD refunds will be provided as store credit in your Slay Stories account
Exchanges
1) Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted only if
• You received a damaged or defective item
• You received the wrong product
2) Initiating an Exchange
Email us within 48 hours with
• Order number
• Issue details (with images if possible)
• Preferred replacement item
3) Exchange Process
• Once approved, we will guide you through the return
• Replacement will be shipped after we receive the original item
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Used hair accessories
• Customized or personalized pieces
• Sale items
• Items under ₹99
