Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges if any are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any applicable taxes or fees will be clearly mentioned before payment.

Delivery Areas:
We currently ship across India.
In rare cases, delivery may not be available to certain remote locations.

Delays in Delivery:
Slay Stories is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners ,natural disasters ,strikes ,or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Address :
Customers are responsible for providing  wrong shipping information.
Slay Stories is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete , please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with Proper Unboxing Video for resolution.
